The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator (Events), you’ll play a key role in supporting marketing and events initiatives that contribute to the organisation’s overall success. From assisting with event planning and sponsorship coordination to managing marketing inventory and team administration, you’ll be hands-on in various aspects of marketing execution. Whether it's supporting trade shows, crafting promotional materials, or liaising with stakeholders, you’ll be an integral part of a high-energy team that thrives on innovation and excellence.
Who You Are
You’re an organised and proactive marketing enthusiast with 1- 3 years of experience and a genuine interest in events and marketing.
You bring:
• A strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Experience or familiarity with CRM & EDM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A natural ability to work collaboratively while taking initiative
