Role OverviewCorporate & Institutional Outreach
You will spearhead Mindstar’s mental wellness programs—identifying opportunities, pitching and closing partnerships with MNCs, universities, and community organizations, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of workshops, webinars, and awareness campaigns in collaboration with our network of psychologists and trainers.
Syona Café Experiences
On the café side, you’ll bring Syona to life by curating and managing on-site events—live music evenings, art and writing workshops, guided mindfulness or yoga sessions, book readings, and community meetups—working hand-in-glove with our café operations and on-site counsellor to create immersive experiences that foster connection and well-being.
In both areas, you’ll own promotion, logistics, execution, and post-event reporting, ensuring every initiative reflects our brand, runs smoothly, and deepens engagement across our audiences.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Outreach & PartnershipsProspect, pitch, and close partnerships with MNCs, colleges, universities, and NGOs
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of event opportunities and repeat clients
Negotiate program scope, pricing, and deliverables in alignment with our brand values
2. Workshop & Webinar ManagementCoordinate content, logistics, and scheduling with psychologists, trainers, and guest speakers
Manage platform setup and technical rehearsals for virtual events
Oversee on-site requirements for in-person workshops (audio/visual, seating, materials)
Collect feedback, generate post-event reports, and identify upsell or follow-up opportunities
3. Syona Café Event CoordinationConceptualize and plan café-based experiences (creative meetups, live music, guided yoga, book readings)
Work closely with the café operations team to align event flow, staffing, and menu offerings
Promote in-café events via social media, emailers, and in-store materials
4. Marketing & CommunicationsDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital ads, email newsletters, social media content)
Craft compelling promotional collateral—flyers, posters, video snippets, and emailers
Maintain an active and engaging social media presence for both Mindstar Wellness and Syona
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion
5. Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementServe as primary liaison for psychologists, trainers, and external vendors
Cultivate relationships with community organizations, influencers, and media partners
Ensure all collaborators are briefed, contracted, and onboarded according to company guidelines
Qualifications & Skills3–5 years of experience in marketing and event management (B2B workshops & F&B events preferred)
Strong network or proven ability to build partnerships with corporates and educational institutions
Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Stellar written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders
Proficiency in social media platforms, email-marketing tools, and basic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite)
A creative mindset with a passion for mental wellness and community engagement
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for event execution
Position DetailsJob Type: Full-time, in-office (Kolkata)
Compensation: ₹8,086 – ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
