Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, goals, and objectives.
• Conduct research to select suitable event venues and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective decisions.
• Make strategies with marketing team & PR team.
• Coordinate on-site event operations, overseeing setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and attendees, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
ROLE REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERABLES FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT INTERN
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good with MS Office.
• Self-motivated, confident with a pleasant personality.
