Are you a ground-game expert who knows how to bring events to life with precision, passion, and people skills? Good-Bee Integrated Marketing Services is looking for a hands-on Events Operations Manager based in Bengaluru, who thrives in the fast-paced world of brand activations and event execution.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
As our Events Operations Manager, you'll be the key driver behind on-ground event execution, from planning to wrap-up. You'll work closely with our strategy and creative teams, and lead the charge on vendor management, budgeting, negotiation, and flawless delivery of brand experiences.
️ What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Handle end-to-end event operations — planning, permits, logistics, execution & reporting
✅ Manage regional vendors for fabrication, AV, manpower, branding, production & logistics
✅ Negotiate costs, timelines, and deliverables like a pro
✅ Conduct pre-event checks, coordinate on-ground teams, and ensure quality control
✅ Travel to event locations for on-site management as needed
✅ Maintain event documentation, MIS, budgets & reports
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has 6–8 years of hands-on experience in ATL/BTL/all events/brand activations/conferences/roadshows/
Brings strong vendor networks in Bengaluru & surrounding regions
Is confident in vendor management, negotiation, and timeline control
Thrives in live environments and can handle pressure with a smile
Is detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven
Is open to traveling across Karnataka and South India for event execution
