Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor, Events Operations to support national and regional events with hands-on operational and execution tasks.
This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth event production from start to finish.
You will collaborate with the Global Strategic Sourcing team (GSS) to deliver impactful events for Herbalife’s customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities :
• Event Coordination & Supervision : Oversee vendor execution and manage event setup, logistics, and on-ground operations.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Schedule meetings, manage event service requests, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Operational Support : Ensure seamless material movement, security, and production support for both large and small-scale events.
• Event Reporting : Track operational data and create detailed reports for pre-event planning and post-event analysis.
• Technology & Trends : Stay updated with the latest event technologies to integrate innovative solutions into event setups.
• Travel & Flexibility : Must be open to traveling frequently and working flexible hours to ensure successful event execution.
Key Skills & Expertise :
• Proficient in event production management and working with both ATL & BTL event formats.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics , including venue setup and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel for budget tracking, measurements, and layouts.
• Ability to create comprehensive reports using Microsoft PowerPoint for venue and event summaries.
Requirements :
• 5 to 7 years of experience in event operations and execution, preferably from an event agency.
• Proven ability to manage both small and large-scale events with excellent production and operational expertise.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a hands-on approach to event delivery.
Education :
• Graduation is required
