Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive for our Events Vertical who can acquire new clients, build relationships, and bring in business for corporate events, luxury experiences, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads for events, brand activations, and hospitality projects
• Reach out to potential clients including brands, hotels, resorts, and corporates
• Pitch our event services and experiential solutions
• Understand client briefs and coordinate with the creative team
• Negotiate budgets and close deals
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Represent the company at networking events and meetings
Who We Are Looking For
• 13 years of experience in event sales / hospitality sales / agency sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident in client meetings and negotiations
• Well-connected in corporate, hospitality, or luxury sectors (preferred)
• Self-motivated and result-driven
Salary Structure:
• Fixed Salary: ?20,000 ?35,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Incentives: Performance-based, uncapped
• Growth: Rapid growth for high performers
High performers can earn ?50,000 ?1,00,000+ per month including incentives.
