Profile: Event & Sponsorship sales
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹5-8 LPA plus incentives
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: + AM to 6 PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Sales and Event Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in securing sponsorship and driving event-related revenue. You will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, building relationships, and closing deals to support our prestigious events and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and secure sponsorship from potential clients and partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential sponsors.
Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to clients' needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with sponsors to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of sponsor benefits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, event sales, or related fields.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the events industry and luxury markets is a plus.
