Event Operations Coordinator
Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills? We are seeking a dynamic Event Operations Executive to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can plan, coordinate, and execute various on-ground and online event operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution and delivering an excellent experience to attendees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Logistical Management: Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of event execution (venue setup, materials, check-in systems, manpower, etc.)
• Client and Vendor Liaison: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met
• On-Site Event Operations: Handle on-site event operations including registration desk management, QR Check-in setup, and attendee assistance
• Digital Support: Support digital registration, hardware setup (printer, scanner, etc.), and other tech aspects
• Marketing Materials: Ensure timely dispatch and inventory of marketing materials for each event
• Data Collection: Collect data, feedback, and reports post-event for analysis and improvement
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience: 02 years of experience in event management or operations (fresher with relevant internship can also apply)
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event needs, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic tech handling
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with event tools or CRM systems is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hardware setup (printers, QR scanners) is an advantage
