Job description
Position: Events Executive/Client Servicing.
Location: Marol, Andheri - Mumbai
Experience: 1-4 years
• Salary: 15-30k per month (depending on your experience)
• Role Overview:
The Events/ Client Servicing Executive will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing advertising events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver innovative, impactful events that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute events such as product launches, promotional activations, influencer meetups, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, branding requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for event production, logistics, AV setups, and other technical requirements.
3. On-Ground Operations:
- Supervise event setup, branding, and activations to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee on-site operations including crowd management, team coordination, and troubleshooting real-time challenges.
4. Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive event branding and messaging.
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing innovative event formats that enhance audience engagement.
5. Post-Event Reporting:
- Document post-event reports, client feedback, and ROI analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement to optimize future event performance.
• Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event management, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
- Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and manage flexible working hours.
