Whether organizing BTL activities, managing corporate events, Celebrity Endorsements , Product Launches, Conferences/Seminars, Exhibition Management or coordinating a national tour of a promotional bimp, our highly-trained field teams take care of every operational detail to deliver branded event experiences. We are also engaged in Ad Productions.
Job description
· To identify opportunities with Corporates for events / PR
· To manage relations with production houses
· Evolving strategies for brand development and promotions through innovative ideas. Liaisning with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements, creating detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
· To generate Sponsorships and other sources of revenue through partnerships and alliances.
· Analyzing the clients Branding needs and designing customized Solutions for the same through Creative Ideas.
· New accounts acquisition & Key account management.
· Managing all-value events .
· Proficient in planning and management techniques, excellent knowledge to make preliminary cost & budget proposals. Venue booking for the events, Travel Booking for the event team.
Willing to travel Nationally & Internationally. Responsible for organizing various events, majorly in : -
Movie Promotions
Lifestyle events
Fashion shows n ramp shows
Wedding planning
Conferences
Dealer meets n exhibitions
