We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associat Project Manager.
In this role, you will:
This role will be accountable to oversee and co-ordinate the evergreening and capacity planning position for all the CET service lines, ensuring funding requirements are prepared and that funded projects are tracked to completion.
This role will drive the Service Sustainability and maintain the significant global estate through evergreening for the entire CET portfolio to ensure that:
IT Services, software and hardware are composed of components that have appropriate third-party support. IT Services are less exposed to potential Technology and Cybersecurity risks.
Help with the compliance of other infra related controls. Define a robust process for Evergreening issues identification, assessment, and remediation.
Create and keep up-to-date authorised inventories maintaining vendor support details. Identify Evergreening issue records (creation, closure and appropriate notification);
Assess Evergreening issue records (appropriate planning for remediation); Drive remediation of evergreening issues with the IT Service Owners (ITSOs) through upgrades/demise/extending support or risk acceptance
Service Sustainability – Have excellent understanding of financials and have visibility on SSP deliverables, compliance, automation usage to reduce efforts, budget spend tracking for variances, provide timely governance around Exposure, solutions design wherever suitable.
Reporting of SSP portfolio finances, identifying risks and opportunities. Stakeholder engagement with SSP contacts and evergreening control team
Work closely with IT Service Owners to maintain the significant global estate through evergreening
Creating reports for senior stakeholders including presentations for Delivery Assurance and Risk & Control Governance forums. Stay up to date with industry new trends and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge and exposure of Risk and Control Management
Successful and extensive experience in managing Evergreening in HSBC
Excellent data analytical skills to Evergreening reports
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build & maintain relationships and work collaboratively across boundaries
Ensure an effective engagement process is in place that is demonstrably adding value to all target stakeholders.
