Job Description
Rotation of all jobs on the evisceration line
Cutting of raw poultry to CFIA standards
Removing of inedible parts
Trimming and salvaging of poultry
Handling of raw poultry in preparation for packaging
Maintain and adhere to all company policies and SOP's
Adhere to all HACCP and WorkSafeBC requirements
Help in other departments as required

Provide temporary coverage for staff absences/time off
Provide support to other staff as required
Any other duties as assigned.
