Job Description
Purpose of Function:
· Planning course material and activities
· Conducting Offline class
· Assessing the students ‘progress
· Encouraging good attendance and participation
Key Tasks:
· Responsible for teaching subject in the allotted classes as per allotted timetable.
· Encourage the development of critical thinking skills
· Prepare instructional aids and additional teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs
· Responsible for conducting assessment, marking attendance and evaluating students
· Responsible for reporting with full transparency the academic progress for the subjects/classes/students to mentor
· Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Personal qualities required
· Preferred Educational Qualifications: B.A./B.Sc./M.A./M.Sc, B.Ed.
· Prior experience as a EVS/Science teacher, preferably within a similar environment.
· Good in teaching technology to match the new teaching methodology.
