Contacting New Schools & Private institutions and fix up an appointment for Academic person for orientation
Meeting with Academic person need to be arranged, if required
Contacting Drop-out Schools to renew the relationship for entries, fix up an appointment for Academic person for orientation
Co-coordinating with the Academic Experts
after orientation, REV Forms and Proposal need to be sent with the fee details and the closing dates
Getting feedback from the schools after orientation
Follow-up with the new schools for entries & Payment
Order Creation request to be sent to OATS
after receiving the entries & Payment, Enrolling the candidates in TOL
Collection report to be sent to OATS
List of candidates should be downloaded from TOL to send them to the respective schools & Institutes to check for corrections, if any
after receiving the corrections, need to do the same in TOL
timetabling in TOL and get confirmation from the school by sending the same through mail
Exam Materials such as Appointment slips, Topic Forms, Report Forms
(GESE India), Timetable, Candidate List, Examiner Profile need to be sent to School through courier
Examiner Materials such as Timetable, Marksheets need to be sent to School to handover them to the Examiner through courier
After scheduling the Examiner, the ground travel needs to be arranged as per the itinerary
Welcome mail has to be sent to the Examiner with the details of travel arrangements made
Daily Travel arrangements need to be informed to the school
Follow-up with the School Co-ordinator everyday morning & evening when the exams are going on
Get the Trinity Stars - Teacher list from the schools and send the same to Trinity Hub to arrange for certificates
GESE Intl Exam Report forms need to be downloaded from TOL and send to the respective schools
Certificates Follow-up with Trinity Hub
Certificates should be couriered to the respective schools
Need to get the Bank Account details with Swift code & IFSC code, from the schools
Follow-up with Trinity Hub for Admin Charges to the Schools
Payment Acknowledgement should be sent to the schools

Salary: ₹8,776.75 - ₹2+,635.67 per month
