We are hiring for 300+ openings with us for International Voice & Chat- Onsite-Pune TechM International,Commerzone, Yerwada, Pune
• Company Transport
• Decent Salary hike & Great Performance based incentives
• Relocation assistance provided for intercity candidates
Job Details :
Shift Window any + 12 hour shift starting as early as 12 : 30am in a 24 x 7 environment
• 85% of your shifts will start between 12 : 30am 06 : 30 am
• Work offs Any 2 days of the Week (Could be both consecutive or split)
• The training phase would be 24 / 7
• Customer management skills are extremely important as all queues deal with similar call types of billing issues, semi technical handset troubleshooting, network related faults & upselling wherever required
• Extensive On the Job Training to upskill advisors with adequate support
• Open to manage calls and chats as per business requirement
