Job Description
The project has been developed and led by the Perry Group, a well-established and well known Hamilton based investment business, with a diverse portfolio of interests.
The Managing Partners for this development, have a range of challenging business and development requirements that they require skilled support with. This involves organising and providing administrative support for the Board, along with Executive and development requirements, but they also require some active involvement in supporting the delivery of the project itself. If you have had experience in business development, event management, marketing, and sales, along with some accounting support skills, these skills would be highly advantageous for this role.
As this role will also be the personal “face” of the project on a day to day basis, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of interested parties, from local councils and central government agencies, through to a wide range of professionals and contractors associated with the project, so being self-confident and natural in undertaking these activities will be important. You will also be required to arrange and host project related meetings and/or events.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven marketing and communications support and delivery experience, and you will need to have worked with a Board and senior executive managers, along with a range of key external stakeholders. It is essential that you have a warm and engaging personal manner, are well organised and have excellent oral communication skills. You must be able to work autonomously, have high attention to detail and be able to use your initiative to solve problems as needed. Your written work must be accurate and timely, and you will have had broad experience in preparing high quality fit for purpose PowerPoint, or similar presentations.
