Description
Collaborate with Distribution teams (Internal / external - Agent network) PAN India for sales of Credit Cards/ PL.
• Work with the respective banking partner, develop strategy to increase sales and ensure
• proper processing of the credit cards/ PL.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve results.
• Plan, monitor and appraise job results.
• Develop, coordinate and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Work upon day-to-day data analysis, business analysis, data visualization and ensure proper reporting of daily numbers to the entire network and management.
• Interact with channel/ client SPOCs to follow up on leads generation and handle escalations related to documentation as per requirements.
• Achieve targets assigned as per the job profile
