Be a 'Culture Carrier' per Global Amenity Services brand standards
Network with colleagues to include meeting planners, internal admins, building personnel, etc.
Be knowledgeable of building amenities and meetings/events taking place in amenity spaces
Minor booking of meetings/events in EMS (Visitor Management System) and following protocol for email confirmation, no show management and internal correspondence ensuring they are up-to-date.
Collect feedback and build meaningful relationships with employees/hosts for future events.
