About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Executive 3D Designer with a strong foundation in Interior Design to lead the visual storytelling and spatial conceptualization of our upcoming 3D holographic and immersive experience center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing state-of-the-art 3D visualizations and interior layouts that align with our thematic vision and spatial narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality 3D designs, renderings, and walkthroughs for immersive spaces and holographic installations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and the creative team to design interior layouts and spatial arrangements.
• Translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual representations using industry-standard software.
• Lead the 3D visualization aspect of client presentations and project pitches.
• Design spatial environments that are functional, aesthetic, and technically feasible.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and new visualization technologies including AR/VR and holography.
• Work closely with content teams to blend storytelling with spatial design and light-sound dynamics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in 3D design and rendering with a strong interior design background.
• Proficient in 3D software tools: 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Unity (for real-time rendering).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design documentation tools.
• Exceptional understanding of material, lighting, texture, and spatial composition.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement immersive and experiential design.
• Prior experience working on museum setups, immersive showrooms, or virtual exhibitions is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
• Eye for detail, color theory, and spatial design.
• Passion for storytelling through space and design.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
