Job Title: Junior HR Executive – HR Operations
Department: Human Resources
Location: [Wazirpur, Delhi]
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Operations Lead
Job Summary
The Junior HR Executive – HR Operations will support day-to-day HR activities, ensure smooth execution of HR processes, maintain employee data, and assist in providing a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. HRMS & Employee Data Management
Update and maintain accurate employee records in HRMS (onboarding, exits, transfers, changes).
Manage employee document collection and verification.
2. Onboarding & Induction – Co-ordination
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Prepare onboarding kits and facilitate new joiner orientation.
3. Reporting & MIS
Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports (headcount, onboarding, attrition, payroll).
Preparing reports and maintaining organized documentation
Compiling data, identifying pending tasks
Coordinating training logistics
Closing Training / Employee Survey Feedback
8. General HR Support
Extensive Coordination with cross-functional teams like BD, Admin, IT, Payroll, L&D.
Following up with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of action items
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
Support HR projects and internal initiatives.
Following up for nominations / Events co-ordination
Sending calendar Invites
Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BBA/BA/B. Com)
0–2 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Positive Attitude
Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho, GreytHR) is an added advantage.
