Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of Accounts Receivable to achieve long-term success. Developing positive relationships and handling customers' needs. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing sales related reports. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

· Sales Invoice

Responsible to prepare Sales invoices, Delivery Challan, e-Invoicing and E-way bill for ENA, DDGS,Rectified Spirits, CO2, Ethanol, LLEO Whisky & LLEO Rum, Other Packaging and bottling plant products, Scrap and other related by-products sales Invoices.

To dispatch Original Invoice to customer correspondence place in a timely manner

· Finance

Responsible for ALL Customer / Suppliers KYC Updation in ERP.

Responsible timely booking of all Debit & Credit entries of BDPL Bank Cash Credit account and all Current Accounts excluding supplier related, preparing collection register and sending BRS in weekly basis.

Responsible to maintain Plant Petty Cash payment and & Pass necessary entries in ERP System with Summary Report.

Ensure quarterly physical verification of inventory / Fixed Asset and necessary reconciliation in ERP

Responsible for weekly filling of all Finance and compliance documents at the Plant

Responsible for MIS tracking of critical vendor payment and preparation of sales register.

Responsible for weekly supplier ledger reconciliation and timely adjustment of advance paid to suppliers

Responsible for ensure daily booking off purchase entries including contractors bill in ERP and sending our unbooked GRN report on a weekly basis

Preparation of GST and TDS monthly templates and sending it to Finance Manager for timely filing of Returns.

· Assist the Unit Head & GM-Finance for any ad-hoc related jobs.

· Responsible to drive innovation and continuous improvements.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Min Experience of 3-5 years of Distillery or Manufacturing Industry.

· B.COM/CA-Inter/CMA-Inter/M.Com/MBA-Finance

· Communicate with internal and external customers.

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).

· Good knowledge on working on any ERP / Tally preferable.

· Ability to analyze data and apply results effectively.

· Ability to exercise independent judgement and demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
