Job Description
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers, complete vendor management.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Maintain Calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Make travel arrangements, road, air and manage hotel bookings.
Proficiency in English
Ability to multitask and prioritize
High level verbal and written communications skills
