Description

Staying updated with the latest technologies and implementation of new developments and enhancements
Identification, assessment and mitigation of risk in relation to TEFUGEN policies and procedures.
Preparing and submitting various MIS reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Conducting/Assisting IMS Audit, Internal Department Audits, ISO Certifications, MIS, ERP Reports and Manuals preparation
Setting and reviewing quality performance standards
Developing and maintaining department manuals and procedures
Assisting the Management team in developing strategies and action plans to attain the company objectives and effectively implementing the formulated corrective & preventive actions.
Providing the training and resources needed for those who are involved in the implementation and maintenance of new procedures
Evaluating different areas and processes of the company to monitor compliance to applicable standards
Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of IMS (ISO 500001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) certifications.
Recommending measures on improving the Integrated Management System
Promoting awareness to all individuals of the organization on the IMS Standards and other existing policies and procedures of the company through periodical trainings and presentations.
Analyzing data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights, and suggestions.
Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various management reports.
Identifying the opportunities of automating the reports using advanced formula, Macros, VB and other techniques.
Making regular improvements in the processes and work flows of each department and make sure that their requirements are met.
Developing and analyzing procedures related to the necessary technology specifications of each department.
Assisting the Management team in arranging and maintaining their activities / meetings and preparing reports and minutes wherever necessary.
Corporate Secretarial activities:

Assisting members of the Board & various activities given by Top Management
Promotion, formation and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith
Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative
Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers
Arranging board/general meetings and preparing minutes thereof
Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience : 0+ years

Education : Bachelors (or) Masters Degree in Business Administration (preferably with HR & Finance specialisation) / B.Com / any relevant specialisation with Finance background

Industrial Type : Energy / Manufacturing / Industrial/ Production/ Machinery/ Analysis or Consulting Engineering Company / Analysis Company

Function Area : HR / Finance / Administration / Management / Accounts / Legal

Good understanding in Finance & general business activities
Learning attitude & strong entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment
Dynamic, highly organized and capable of multitasking
Ability to make decisions relating to Financial planning
Problem solving and analytical skills
Comfortable with Linux operating systems and other open-source software applications.
Fluency in English & Tamil
Ability to store and record information accurately
Good written and oral communication skills
Good computer related skills
Good social and interpersonal skills

Salary: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
