Responsibilities
Reports To: Integrator/Chief of Staff
Cooperates closely with: Home Services, Resource Development, Finance and HR, and ReStore
This position manages the front office and provides executive level administrative support to Executive Director, Integrator/Chief of Staff, and department managers as required
It is also responsible for volunteer coordination and organization social media
Coordination of volunteer activities, including obtaining required paperwork, scheduling, and communicating details of volunteers with appropriate staff
Develop, build, and maintain positive, long-term relationships with volunteers in order to match volunteer talents with organizational needs
Record volunteer data, including hours, location, and activities performed and work to integrate that data with donor database
Coordinate volunteer teams for construction, office, and Restore opportunities in collaboration with Construction Supervisors, Restore Site Manager, and office staff
Interact with local area businesses, churches and individuals to solicit support, resulting in increased organizational capacity
Oversee the organizations’ volunteer recognition - including awards, gifts, and an annual volunteer appreciation event
Recruit volunteers in collaboration with other staff, utilizing web-based approaches, promoting volunteer opportunities at events, and networking
Supervise office volunteers
Organization social media planning and posting
Produce brochures, forms, etc
Enter data, utilizing Excel, Word, and other software (training provided to applicant)
Place online and phone orders for various supplies
Place outbound calls for purposes of volunteer coordination and general support of the mission
Answer phones and route caller to appropriate staff
Makes travel arrangements and bookings, prepares expense reports as needed
Keeps office calendar updated
Assists with staff and board meetings as requested
Manages cleaning crew and operational issues ensuring a safe, clean working environment
Assists with IT coordination
Assists with website updates (training provided)
Other duties as assigned

Position Summary:

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience utilizing Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, and Teams preferred
• Two years of experience using office equipment and technology such as copies, printers, scanners, phones, and computers preferred

Education Requirements:
• Knowledge and skills equal to those typically gained from the completion of High School and an Associates degree
