Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Apex Hospital in Jaipur. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette, communicating effectively, and utilizing clerical skills to support the executive team in day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
