A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
• Assistance to customers for query,acceptance and execution.
• Shipment Booking and Reservation.
• Preparing Booking Sheet & Spot sheet.
• Back up to the sales team and act on their behalf.
• Coordination with various departments like customers, accounts and operation.
• Coordination with interline partners, counterparts & HUB.
• Preparing spot sheet & Onward sheet.
• Maintaining all data records.
• Maintaining basis reports.
• Training.
• Learning and Unlearning.
