URGENTLY HIRING FOR EA IN SITAPURA JAIPUR FOR MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY!!
JOB DESCRIPTION -
Responsibilities:
1. Recruits, interviews, hire, and trains new staff in the department.
2. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
3. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
4. Collect and study Daily interdepartmental reports
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact among Owner, employees, clients and other external partners
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Manage CEO’ calendars and set up meetings
4. Make travel and accommodation arrangements
5. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
6. Oversee the performance of other staff
7. Act as an admin manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
8. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
+. Take minutes during meetings
10. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
11 Organize and maintain the office filing system
JOB LOCATION - SITAPURA, JAIPUR
SALARY- 40K PM
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 2-5 YEARS IN SIMILAR ROLE
