The Group Security Engineering and Group Security Identity and Access Technology Teams design and build enterprise-grade platforms and products across cyber, protection and identity technology. Investing in newly emerging, cutting-edge technologies, we are revolutionising the way we run safe, sound, and secure tech at speed for over fifty thousand of our colleagues and 17 million customers.

The Identity and Access Technology Team’s purpose is to ensure the right people have the right access to our systems and platforms through the availability and delivery of multiple enterprise platforms. This includes authentication services, identity governance administration, and privileged access management. The team creates enterprise-wide solutions that allow the bank to operate efficiently at speed, while ensuring safety, and to improve our people’s experience through automation and self-service capabilities.

The role will be primarily responsible for providing efficient, professional delivery of business and administrative support to two General Managers (GM).

Act as a key liaison focused on building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, and collaborating with the EA network to maintain alignment and trust.
Streamline team operations through onboarding support, budget management, travel coordination, and event planning, creating a professional, well-organised environment that fosters productivity.
Enable leaders to operate effectively by managing schedules, preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings, and driving follow-ups thereby ensuring priorities are clear and outcomes are delivered.
Actively participate in Leadership Team meetings by coordinating agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and driving delivery.
Support the GMs in driving team outcomes by following up on actions and ensuring timely completion.

Other qualities you may possess include

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.
Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to change.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service.
