About the Role
The Executive Assistant supports the provision of a proactive administrative and secretarial service to the Medical Lead(s), Surgery including providing advice and recommendations, contributing to the resolution of complex and sensitive issues, providing a contact point for internal and external staff and stakeholders, preparing, and drafting of reports, briefing notes, undertaking minor research and projects, data collection and analysis.
About You
You are a highly organised and professional individual, able to provide expert administrative support while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, discretion, and professionalism when liaising with staff, executives, and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in executive support, including minute taking, agenda preparation, report writing, and coordinating meetings.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with the ability to summarise data and provide recommendations.
Highly adaptable, able to meet deadlines under pressure, work independently, and contribute effectively to a team in a dynamic environment.
