Job Description
This role is designed for a highly intelligent, self-driven individual who can work with minimal instructions, understand intent over words, and proactively build systems that improve operational clarity and decision-making.
The individual will work closely with the CEO as a thinking and execution partner, tracking operations across departments, building dashboards and SOPs, and ensuring visibility, discipline, and follow-through across the organization.
This is not a clerical or reporting role. The role requires ownership, judgment, and the ability to create structure where none exists.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & CEO Support
Act as a direct operational support and shadow to the CEO when required
Travel with the CEO to site and assist in operational reviews and follow-ups
Convert discussions and decisions into structured action points and systems
Business Systems & Data
Design and maintain Excel / Google Sheets-based dashboards for decision-making
Track performance of all departments and highlight exceptions, risks, and inefficiencies
Convert raw operational data into insights, summaries, and recommendations
Process & SOP Development
Independently design SOPs and workflows for core resort operations
Identify process gaps and build controls without step-by-step instructions
Ensure SOP adherence and continuous improvement
Cross-Team Coordination
Track work status and accountability of all operational staff
Follow up on deliverables without micro-management
Act as a single source of operational clarity for the CEO
REQUIRED SKILLS & MINDSET
Must-Have
Strong command over Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work independently with ambiguity
High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Ability to simplify complexity and highlight what matters
Nice-to-Have
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or operations-heavy environments
Prior exposure to SOP building or MIS roles
Comfort working directly with founders / senior leadership
