Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Fairfield, NJ for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to executive leadership, manage schedules, arrange travel, and assist with administrative tasks. Additionally, the role includes coordinating communication, tracking deadlines, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the organization.
Qualifications
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
• Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software
• 2+ years of professional experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
