Job Responsibilities
• Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; complete expense reports; compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CXO and internal departments
• Work closely and effectively with the CXO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
• Take care of office administrative activities, Coordinate events, manage visitors
• Generate reports and dashboard
• Manages special projects for the CXO, some of which may have organizational impact & prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion.
• Plan, coordinate and ensure the CXOs schedule is followed and adhered.
