Job Description
• Manage calendar scheduling for global strategy leaders
• set-up meetings and conference calls, internally and externally
• navigate complex calendars dealing with multiple / urgent meeting conflicts
• organize and prepare meeting agenda and material while attending to logistics
• exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• prepare detailed itineraries
• book air travel, hotel accommodation and ground transportation
• compile required documents for travel visas to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and organize information on strategy book of work
• Interact confidently with senior management and stakeholders
• Prepare, reconcile and process invoices /expense claims while ensuring compliance with policies
• Draft, review and send email communications on behalf of the executive
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of similar/relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Superior communication ability

The Strategy Group functions as an internal consulting group, working directly with senior business stakeholders on projects having significant impact on the firm's strategic endeavors across the globe. Projects include developing international growth strategies, assessing and planning new product and market entry, outlining business deep dives, evaluating strategic investments, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, defining digital/technology strategy, formulating firm's acquisitions/ divestitures strategy , enhancing cross business collaboration and identifying strategically significant industry themes/ trends.
