• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our Co founder Executive Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to the management. Key Responsibilities -
• Act as the point of contact among different stakeholders, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage Co-Founders calendar and set up meetings accordingly
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Track expenses and prepare monthly or quarterly reports as and when required
• Keep a track of internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports, data etc
• Take minutes during meetings
• Follow up and check status of the project on behalf of the cofounder
• Assist the Founders with the presentations/documentation etc as and when needed Required Skill Set -
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars, Slack, Asana)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills ● Discretion and confidentiality
