Description : • Office Correspondence • Fixing appointments and arrangement of meetings • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports. • Perform other administrative and secretarial jobs assigned from time to time • Executing strategic tie-ups and investment communication • Maintaining company portfolio • Building presentations / decks and technical documents • Assisting audits and due diligence • Projects / Task progress monitoring across teams • Managing Communication flow across all departments • Setting and implementing MIS systems • Preparing operational MIS reports • Supporting secretarial compliances • Drafting minutes and taking notes • Designing dashboards for MD & CEO with KPIs • Organising and planning events • Various Ad-Hoc task for MD & CEO • Tender Knowledge, Comparison Statement, • Taking dictations, drafting business letters • Attending the phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take/ Pass messages • Personal Secretary to MD
