What do you need to do in this role?
Manage end-to-end Domestic and International travel booking and coordination of founders and the team - Own the complete travel process. This is the key responsibility of the role.
Manage Events, Holidays, parties etc. done by GoQuest
Create and own the birthday and special dates database for employees, partners and clients.
Create a cadence of sending greetings and gifts where needed, owner of all office celebrations and seasonal gifting.
Managing founder's calendars and setting up meetings
Manage credit card bill payment and travel reimbursement
Coordination with Admin suppliers and vendors.
Executing employee engagement program.
Office boy management.
Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality

Who Should Apply?
Between 5-15 years of experience in a core EA role
