• Enhancing ethics awareness by education and interactions with employees, vendors etc.
• Development educational collateral for enhancing knowledge about COBCE & other Ethics related policies and whistleblower mechanism
• By getting involvement of Top management in driving ethical issues

Accountabilities
a)Enhancing Ethics Awareness by education and interactions with employees, vendors etc. in T&UI and Energy Sectors.
Training modules for New Joiners, Vendors, middle managers,
Awareness programs conducted for employees (New Joiners/Middle Managers)
Proactively ensuring optimum participation of all the employees in Ethics Barometer Test.
Addressing various functional issues faced by staff in attempting the Barometer test.
Monitoring and Implementation of Ethics
