Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to CEO at Aliff Overseas located in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling expense reports, offering executive support, maintaining effective communication, and providing general administrative assistance.
Qualifications
• Experience in providing executive administrative assistance and executive support
• Proficiency in handling expense reports
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Prior experience in the education or training industry is a plus
Salary up to 40K to 50K
