Recording any follow-up requirements from team meetings; distributing Meeting Agendas & Minutes
Making reports/dashboard/mood boards for presentations.
Email management of Director
Preparing correspondence on Director's behalf
Reporting the day to day activities of the employees
Keeping his documents both business and personal
Manage all appointments, meetings of the directors and ensuring smooth factory operations
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the director's ability to
effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects
Making travel arrangements for executives, managing emails, calendars, meetings and
ensuring smooth operations
Maintain utmost confidentiality and discreteness of business-related information
Receiving all courier and deliveries for companies and other employees.
Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties
Maintain Staff Records & Other Company Documentation
Point of contact between the directors and internal/external stakeholders
Organize access cards for employees and visitor pass for entrance to office
Handling Vendor Management
Co-ordinate for new vendors, negotiations, contracts and payments
Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Handling cash flow and payment related matters with vendors in absence of an accountant.
Perform duties as assigned by Directors of the company
