4. Client Relations :
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
• Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Office Management :
• Organize and maintain sales team files, records, and documentation.
• Ensure the sales office is organized and operates efficiently.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
