Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as necessary.
3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
4. Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion and appropriate communication.
5. Conduct research and compile information as needed to support the CEO in decision-making and strategic planning.
6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, exercising discretion and confidentiality.
7. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
8. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
+. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and department heads to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination.
10. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and managing office supplies, to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
6. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and matters.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
8. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+. Previous experience in the IT sector is a plus, but not required.
