Schedule Management: Expertly manage calendars (personal, business, and farm-related), schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings (virtual, phone, and in-person), including field days, events, and interviews
Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic travel logistics for personal trips, farm tours for video production, and appearances at farm shows
Financial Administration: Direct mail sorting, bill payment, invoice generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Ensure timely payments to contractors and employees
Communication Management: Manage email correspondence, screen calls, and respond to inquiries professionally
Project Management: Assist with filming projects, including logistics and coordination
Research and Reporting: Conduct research on various topics as needed and compile reports
Gather and send analytics to relevant parties
Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between team members
Errands and Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands such as grocery pickup, dry cleaning, and package returns
