Thrive on checklists, clean data, and closed loops.
Have 2+ years in ops, admin, finance, or process improvement—bonus for SOP or ISO experience.
Can translate “tribal knowledge” into bullet‑proof procedures everyone can follow.
Know your way around G‑Suite, spreadsheets, and at least one project‑tracking or wiki tool.
Communicate crisply, guard confidentiality, and love seeing a workflow hum.
What you’ll do (the short list)

Rhythm work (60 %)

Map & document workflows across sales, fulfillment, finance, HR & marketing.
Publish version‑controlled SOPs and schedule quarterly audits.
Run the central knowledge base and Google Drive hygiene.
Prep bi‑weekly payroll inputs and weekly financial snapshots.
Liaise with bookkeepers, file docs, track task tickets.
Classic EA: inbox triage, calendar management, meeting follow‑ups.
Open Shopify support tickets, log fixes, make light theme tweaks.
Enter new client leads, maintain dashboards, coordinate simple marketing tasks.
