Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
● Coordinate scheduling and calendar management
● Organize and respond to emails and texts on the executives accounts
● Manage the flow of information to the executive as well as clients and project managers
● Build and maintain positive and professional relations with clients, vendors, and city personnel
● Regular communication with clients, vendors, and city personnel via text, email, phone, and in person
● Organize presentations, reports, team meetings, and events
● Provide support with personal tasks, travel arrangements, and various errands
● Document and track progress and budgets of various projects
● Develop and maintain tracking systems for tasks, projects, and priorities to ensure timely execution
● On-call availability for after-hours and weekend tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
● Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clientele, vendors, and personnel
● Positive and professional demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
● Detail-oriented and highly organized
● High-level prioritization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent demands with precision and calm
● Proficient in computer technology, able to learn new programs with minimal supervision and utilize available online resources

Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday with availability on nights and weekends
This position requires being comfortable with managing your time wisely and being effective as a self-starter. You’ll also need to have your own smartphone, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
This position offers $30/hour to start, at 40 hours per week.
