Job Description
This opportunity is based in our fully renovated Auckland office and requires 5 days in office.
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with the CEO as a trusted right hand — providing proactive support across scheduling, communications, and strategic initiatives.
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics across NZ, US, and UK time zones.
Prepare materials for leadership, board, and company meetings — agendas, notes, follow-ups, and presentations.
Draft, proof, and refine executive communications and correspondence.
Assist in preparing executive reporting for investors, board members, and senior stakeholders.
Maintain awareness of company priorities and ensure the CEO’s time aligns with strategic goals.
Coordinate and drive cadence for ELT meetings, planning sessions, and off-sites — ensuring accountability and follow-through.
Build strong relationships across teams and regions; connect dots between initiatives and people.
Help plan and execute executive-level events, such as global leadership retreats, off-sites, or company celebrations.
Drive continuous improvement in how the leadership team operates — processes, tools, and communication flow.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years’ experience in a senior EA role supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a fast-growing or global organisation.
Strong business judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity.
Outstanding organisational, project management, and communication skills.
High level of proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and productivity tools.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing complex logistics.
Confident writer and communicator — able to distil and translate information for different audiences.
A proactive, forward-thinking problem solver who anticipates needs and acts with initiative.
