As an Executive Assistant supporting our GM Retail Distribution, you will keep one of Kiwibank’s largest customer facing functions running smoothly. You will bring structure and clarity to busy leaders, enabling them to focus on what matters most for our customers and our people.
You will simplify how information flows, how priorities are managed, and how the team works together, creating calm, confidence, and momentum around those you support. Your work will help leaders make smarter, faster decisions that lift performance and drive meaningful impact for Kiwi.
You’ll also help power the initiatives that make Kiwi better off, from coordinating influential meetings to supporting key decisions that shape customer experiences across Aotearoa. At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in a senior administrative, coordination, or executive support role
Confident managing complex calendars, inboxes, and senior stakeholder communications
Strong relationship management capability with an ability to engage across a large organisation
Experienced in preparing high quality reports, presentations, and meeting papers
Strong judgement and discretion, particularly when dealing with sensitive information
Confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
Practical, positive, can-do attitude with great organisational agility, resilience and a good sense of humour
