Executive Assistant – Azim Premji Scholarship
Provide administrative and operational support to the Scholarship Team and Function Leader.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and team wide logistics.
• Review and prioritise incoming correspondence, mail, and other communication and determine required follow-ups.
• Maintain all files and information in a readily retrievable/usable form.
• Draft, prepare, distribute, and follow up on correspondence.
• Manage travel logistics (itineraries, accommodation, visa processing, expense reports) for the Function Leader and, when required for other team members as well.
• Manage calendars and emails, set up and coordinate meetings and conferences across the team.
• Provide a courteous and efficient interface to callers and visitors to the office.
