As we grow, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator to support some of our awesome leadership team and help keep the engine running behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, energetic, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced, operational environment.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting senior leaders with calendar, meeting, and travel management

Coordinating internal projects, communications, and team updates

Helping with reporting, scheduling, and keeping workflows on track

Organising team meetings, events, and key milestones

Acting as a go-to for small (and not-so-small) things that keep operations running smoothly

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Love structure, organisation, and clear communication

Can juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure

Are proactive — you notice things others might miss

Enjoy being at the heart of a busy, hands-on team

Have experience with tools like Outlook, Teams, Excel, or similar platforms
