The role of Executive Assistant:
Oversee the Chairman's complex diary, inbox, and travel, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for board meetings and senior leadership sessions.
Support strategic and humanitarian projects, including acting as secretariat when needed.
Manage office operations, purchasing, and administrative processes for direct reports.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provides line management for assigned staff.
The ideal Executive Assistant:
MUST HAVE experience supporting at CEO or Chairman level, with strong executive-level EA capabilities.
Excellent organisation skills and be highly proactive to prioritise and complete tasks.
The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
