Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Team

This role requires managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth functioning of the brokerage

Manage and maintain the broker’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of the broker when appropriate

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

Conduct research and compile data for meetings, proposals, and projects

Assist in the preparation and processing of real estate transactions, including document management and compliance

Coordinate and organize marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials

Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems

Act as a liaison between the broker, clients, and other stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the broker and the brokerage team
